He holds an Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) “Airframe & Powerplant” License and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Prior to real estate, Steve served in the US Marine Corps as an infantry Sergeant, ending his military career with an Honorable Discharge after serving in Operation: Iraqi Freedom. He later transitioned into the Aerospace and Automotive industries, overhauling avionic flight systems and design releasing of automotive electrical systems, which eventually led to the founding of his own Engineering Design company.
Operating in these industries painted the vision for a need to further his investments not only for his family, but for blue and white-collar colleagues. He would experience many who worked for years, dedicating most of their careers, only to watch their 401k’s and IRA’s decline as they approach retirement.
Steve is married to Jennifer Juhassz (Matthews), raising their 4 children together in Southeast Michigan, both sharing in the importance of family-time well spent, they decided to shift their focus from a W2 to a Business / Investment income model, now operating in real estate investments for multi-family, and helping other families and colleagues how to
do the same.
Phil Tori is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background, dedicated to being a trusted partner in the world of real estate investment. After proudly serving the US Air Force as a skilled meteorologist, Phil honed his analytical abilities, developing a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for understanding complex systems. He later transitioned to the civilian sector, leveraging his military experience to establish a successful home inspection business. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he has developed an intimate understanding of the “ins and outs” of property management, maintenance, and valuation. Additionally, he has attained an MBA degree, which has further sharpened his financial acumen, which equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate the complex world of real estate investment.
Beyond his professional achievements, Phil is a devoted father, which has fueled his passion for helping others secure financial stability for their families. This personal drive, combined with extensive experience, makes him a valuable resource for those seeking to invest in real estate.
